give me a reason to stay, but only if you want me
dont let me think im wasting my time, unless i really am
am i something worth fighting for?
someone worth holding on to?

if you thought about us
the two of us together
what comes to mind?
why are you with me?
do you have a good reason?
be honest with yourself first, then honest with me later

you can only love someone for so long
without being loved back
but if you want them to stay
they surely would, even without reciprocation

you cant be completely selfless
sometimes you need to hold tight
letting go so easily implies disinterest
and maybe thats what it is...
i know thats how i'll take it anyways

if you want me, make it clear and why
if not...
if you dont want me...
let me go
or let me know
so i can be the one to cut you loose
its better that way
....somehow its better
maybe one day i'll understand this need i have
until then, you should think
and decide your own answer

how many times can a person fall in and out of love with the same person? thats not the point of this...

if you want me (and only if you want me) you need to give me a reason to stay. put up a fight, be selfish, dont let me go so easily if you actually want me. theres only so long i can stay with someone i know cannot or will not ever love me, but if you give me a reason, i want to stay. but only if you want me enough.

be honest with yourself first, and then be honest with me. why are you with me? is it anything more than appearance or physical? if yes, then what reason? is it reason enough to keep me around longer? if so, let me know.

if not...then its best to let me go now before commitment issues start up.

sorry for the long rant. things seem to be going so well, but then i started thinking and this forged its way into my head. i really would like this to be thought of seriously ( by everyone who has a someone, not just my someone ) its something to take into consideration, why youre with that person. and if its not a good reason, then you may want to reconsider the relationship. or atleast do something to make it work.

well, i think it is. i had to ask him cause i need to make sure this isnt a one sided happiness or something >.< i'd rather be alone and him be happy, than to be with him if he's not happy, y'know?
